Good

Would be a nice hotel...

Disliked: It was under construction and we were not advised in advance. The lobby was torn up, as was the gym and the pool and the dining area. There were signs of construction in our room as well.

Disappointing

Liked: Let me come in late with travels.
Disliked: Dirty floors, tv didn’t work,

Nice

Liked: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have been recently renovated and had nice laminate floors in the bedrooms.
Disliked: The hotel is having renovations completed in the lobby and breakfast area so that area was very dusty and dirty. It will be nice when finished, though.

Exceptional

I’ll never stay here again.

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: Banging all night long, There was no shade or curtain on the window only a very sheer thing. The parking lot lights shine right in the window all night long. I told the staff and they were not accommodating. I tried to get some money back on my stay and no luck there either. I understand they were under construction on the main floor but I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was ridiculous.

Did Not stay due to...

Disliked: I checked in using booking.com. When my Boss and I got there and saw the remodel going on we were now happy. As we entered the lobby it was full of sheetrock dust. The tile floor was waiting to be grouted. We asked the clerk for a refund and she stepped in the back to speak to the manager. She came back and said the manager had stepped out. She told us they would be happy to refund the two rooms to my card. I have been waiting for a couple of days and still no credit.
