Very good
Liked: Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. I had privilege of riding with 3different shuttle drivers and they were all phenomenal.

I stayed with my sons...
Liked: Indoors pools, right next to a 24 hr gym. Stores and restaurants in walking distance
Disliked: The suite we had did not have a full size body mirror, only mirror was in the bathroom. The suite could use a upgrade.

Not going back
Liked: They gave us the key to someone else’s room so we walked in on another couple. Kids running up and down the hall at midnight. Very noisy. The next morning at 9 am the housekeeper didn’t knock but almost came in the room but couldn’t because of deadbolt. Won’t stay there again.

Liked: Waffles and juice for breakfast.
Disliked: The check-in person registered us to a room that someone was already in. They heard us trying to get in and came to the door and they were very upset! Then we had to go to the front desk twice cuz our key didn’t work!!!

Liked: Breakfast was good - pool was great for kids - staff was friendly
Disliked: Room smelled of marijuana very strongly (gave me headache all night) they knew of issue because they moved previous person because of it. No remote and couldn’t get till next day, no hairdryer, fridge had a leak and floor was all wet and something very sticky between beds - we covered sticky stuff, avoided wet carpet since just for one night. Remote was brought when asked next morning (we did ask for hairdryer but after 30 min of waiting just checked out and left - if a known issue plz don’t try to push the next person in room (the cleaning spray did nothing to cover smell)

Great Location, Great Room...Jasmin Needs...
Liked: The hotel is clean. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast and the attendant, Gabby, were so wonderful!
Disliked: At check-in, Jasmin, I think that was her name but can't be sure because she had her Columbia Outwear jacket on covering most of it up. She sat down the entire time and did not greet me when I came in. I said hi to her and she barely responded. She called my room number out when giving me the keys and she only correctly programmed one. The conversation I had with her was You prepaid right? You're staying two nights? Then she recited the "if you need anything just give me a call I'm here until 11pm" like a robot. At least she has the script down. The customer service was lacking, but when her coworker friend was at the desk she was having the best time. Her legs worked because she was standing. It was yeah girl I missed my morning shift. She was laughing. That lady in the hot pink shirt and white pants got all the razzle dazzle! I didn't like the air conditioner unit because it was so loud and it wouldn't run continuously and I needed it too to drown out a barking dog. My duvet had mascara on it.

Superb
