Disliked: Walls cracked in entire room. Waited 15 minutes alone at front desk to be checked in.

Disliked: It could use some touch up painting in the hallways. Really scuffed up compared to what I’ve seen.

Liked: Location was easy to get to.
Disliked: Shower did not have any soap or shampoo in the 2 squeeze bottles in shower stall. Didn’t know til was in shower and all wet! When we checked out a little later the desk person said sorry but we can’t give you any credit cause you booked room on-line! I said I tried to book thru phone directly with desk, but they switched me to some person overseas and I couldn’t understand him! He said I will let housekeepers know about it so it doesn’t happen again.

Liked: hot tub really dirty and jets didn’t work, pool very cold. Room was clean. Fridge in room was frozen over, lots of ice buildup.
