Liked: Huge room. Very clean and staff was helpful and even called us when our taxi arrived.

Disliked: bath tub didnt work was plug up when shower there swimming pool full with dirt there was a homeless man that got in and slept by the ice mechine

Disliked: Horrible Horrible place, bed sheets are dirty, even asked for new ones and gave us more dirty ones ... Place is run down. Feel like there's bed bugs everywhere. Pools are not clean smell like they cover dirtyness with bleach. Carpets in hall way we're just as dirty, stains gross. If I could check out today, I would but paid full balance non refundable. Won't ever do that again. Pictures online are deceiving.  Hotel front desk was okay. They try to chase us down with a baby snake. This place needs make over. Walk in lobby looks okay. But that's it... DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. DIRTY NASTY... WORST HOTEL EVER STAYED IN. I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE. ONE STAR.. THEY NEED GOOD CLEANING AND UPGRADE.

Disliked: Bed had stains tv power wasn't plugged in hot tub jets didn't work and it was cool there was blood on the toilet seat kids were running outside and in the hallways until 4 amI left at 4 am cuz it was awful trying to sleepI have pictures of everything none of my check in information was filled out after I spent 20 minutes doing it ahead of time. Desk clerk said it was my fault cuz my internet was bad
