Liked: Check-in and hotel was great.
Disliked: At one of the counters at the check out there was a sign-up paper for a shuttle ride to our specific venue DWTS at Texas CU Theater. The driver called at the time we were to leave and said he would not be there until 15 minutes prior to the time DWTS started. There were 12 people signed up for this shuttle. Four of us were there waiting for the shuttle to arrive.

Great venue. Beautiful inside and out. Very accessible - getting there and getting in and out with no hassle or confusion

Liked: Very clean - the room, the lobby, the grounds, everything. The free breakfast was the full menu of what most guys think of when they hear "breakfast". The check-in attendant was very polite, professional, and informative.
Disliked: I had to leave.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

Disliked: Please do not stay here! This hotel has very rude customer service. Their customers aren’t their first priority as customers should be. This hotel charged my card double the fee because they assumed I vaped in my room. They told me the room was foggy but they didn’t smell anything. Before my check out my family and I took showers. On my reservation I have a three year old listed… why would any human in their right mind vape around a child? It seems to me as if this hotel is a SCAM & someone definitely should do something about it. The person over the phone told me the amount they charged me was non refundable and also it’s non negotiable. They didn’t want to hear a word I had to say! Please do not stay here!

Okay stay, convenient, pretty basic...

Liked: Convenient location for the airport. Plenty of parking. Decent beds and large rooms.
Disliked: No response to question asked online via booking.com prior to trip. Toilet seat lid was broken and kept falling off and they did not have a staff on site to replace or repair. Breakfast was mediocre, especially for a vegan traveler. The only options for a vegan were an apple, a banana, and toast. Poor tea selection for non-coffee drinkers.
