Not a very good stay!...

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable bed.
Disliked: The shower dripping loudly all night & told it couldn’t be fixed. Road noise extremely loud, very heavy traffic.

The location was good and...

Liked: It was dog friendly
Disliked: The hot tub was broken and they didn’t tell you in the descriptions. Also a staff member was very ugly when asked to clean syrup in the elevator. Called my fiancé a cry baby.

Disliked: There was only gluten free waffle batter available during breakfast. None of my family (5 of us) liked it. It’s one of the breakfast treats my kids usually enjoy staying at hotels.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We made reservations a month in advance as part of a trip to see. Carlsbad Caverns. When we arrived we were assigned a room on the street side after asking the receptionist for a room on the back side. She said “ you have Room 213. I don’t know if the even numbers are on the front or back.” What???? Sje offered no further assistance. Our room was street side and had a view of the backside of their hotel sign, nothing else. If you are bothered by noise, the ceilings do reverberate with every step from the room above. Furniture needs replacement desperately. Curtain rod broken. Ice maker also broken.Breakfast was the usual soggy potatoes and scramble, and the man working in the breakfast room just scowled at my husband when he greeted him. This hotel shows every sign of poor management. Choose another place
