Liked: The location was decent, and the room was clean upon arrival.
Disliked: At check-in, I was charged a $120 deposit with the assurance that it would be refunded at check-out. It’s been over two weeks, and I have not received my refund. I tried contacting the property multiple times via messages, but they ignored me completely and refused to take responsibility. I even requested a Trace ID for the alleged refund—which is a standard proof of transaction—but they never provided it. As a guest coming from outside the U.S., this situation has been extremely frustrating. I was a respectful and clean guest, left everything in perfect condition, and yet I was treated dishonestly. This hotel has proven to be irresponsible and unprofessional. It honestly feels like they stole my money.

Liked: The location was fine. The bathroom was the only decent part of the stay.
Disliked: The floors were damaged and were coming off the floor, the furniture was damaged and not maintained, the sheets and blankets were not cleaned and had hair, the room smelt, the refrigerator was dirty.

Liked: Decent , no smells, clean , just a couple stains on a sheet but clean
Disliked: The front desk attendants guy and girls always in bad mood. No coffee in the morning because they wake up late and in the worst mood ever.
