Terrific- planning another vacation there...

Liked: It was away from San Juan, in a great little town, easy and safe to walk around and the building was perfect, along with the beach
Disliked: It didn’t have a spa - but we saw one is coming in

Liked: The views of the beach, the pools were immaculate, the staff was very helpful and professional. The food at all restaurants and coffee shop was delicious. Yoga on the beach was fun and very relaxing. This resort is amazing
Disliked: The humidity in the room was annoying even with the air conditioner on. The refrigerator was not very cold. The elevator doors closed extremely quick and I was caught in the door and had to stop it very quickly and it bruised my arm. Maybe a sign in the elevator would warn guests about how fast the doors close would be a good idea.

Liked: I I love that it was on the beach also not far from the airport and close to the mall and restaurants.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they didn’t have a store on the property you had to go out of the way to cvs or Walgreens to get water or whatever you needed .

This resort was very nice...

Liked: The location was perfect. The front desk associate was phenomenal Veruschka Saldana!!! She was super accommodating and compassionate!!! Kept checking on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. You can truly tell she loves what she does! She truly made our stay so enjoyable!
Disliked: Room service food wasn’t the best.
