Liked: I like the location it was closed to a lot of stuff to do. The staff was also very kind
Disliked: the rooms were waaayyy to hot the AC wasn’t working properly, our hotel room didn’t have any garbage bags and the pool was closed the whole time we were there.

Disliked: The hotel is under construction and the pool was closed. It would have been nice to be told prior to spending $800 for 2 nights. Their resort fee is excessive especially when your not getting any benefits.

Liked: Loved the location and the style of the hotel. Our son is stationed in Key West and we very likely will stay at La Concha again.
Disliked: I think you should let guests know there is construction going on. Other than that it was a lovely (albeit quick) stay.

Liked: The Hotel Pool was great. Rooms and Lobby very high end and Clean. The lobby smells very nice. Location of the hotel is perfect. Overall everything was great!
Disliked: Fitness Center was closed during my stay, and I was hoping to work out a little bit. I did not get notified until a couple days before but no worries I was able to work out around the pool.
