Pretty setting, pleasant staff, expensive and a lot of tipping.

Liked: Pretty view, lovely spaces, great spa.
Disliked: Nonstop banging sounds in the wall of room - maybe old pipes or ductwork? Horrible lumpy pillows (all 4 of them). Unable to sleep the night before a big event. Noises ongoing after I returned from event, and staff moved me to an upgraded room.

Absolutely everybody worked as a team to make sure our stay was perfect! They definitely set the tone for a relaxation weekend! Hats off to Scott our luggage handler his knowledge of the property was so helpful and his personality and professionalism and willing to go out of his way for us was what you call SUPERB!!! Thank you again to everyone!!
