Liked: Very comfortable and spacious room, good location.
Disliked: Staff were unpleasant at breakfast, saying that we should have been there for 6am when we arrived to the breakfast room during serving hours. Staff members then mocked us in French while we were seated in the breakfast room. Unprofessional and insulting behaviour which spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay.

Liked: Only steps from train station., great location to walk to center of the Dijon, can store luggage before heading to next location
Disliked: Some construction going on thru June so some noise during the day. Our room had scaffolding in front of it so did not feels safe to keep the window open for some fresh air.

Liked: We arrived by train in Dijon and the hotel is literally located only a few minutes by foot from the train station. Very convenient! Then we were soon pleasantly surprised again. At the reception, Rose welcomed us very warmly. She provided us with a lot of useful information (how to use public transport, where is the nearest grocery store, where are the restaurants and tourist spots). A big compliment for Rose! Finally, we were very impressed by the room. The room was so spacious, very clean, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was perfect (shower has hot water and functions well). Rose also gave us 3 hotel keys, which made the trip even more convenient for us, because we could explore the city individually and if somebody was tired, the person could return to the room, while the others continued exploring. Thank you Rose! The room 100 has a TV, a safety box and a water cooker, which we appreciate a lot because we like to make our own tea in the morning. I would also like to mention that the housekeeping was very good. We once returned early in the afternoon and the room was already clean. Finally, even though this hotel is located near the main station and a tram stop is right in front, we didn't experience any noise issue at all. The room is very quiet and we also enjoyed the high ceilings, which gave the room an even more spacious feeling. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Dijon! This hotel really made our stay very comfortable.
