Exactly what we needed while...

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room was spotless and very comfortable.
Disliked: The room was a little too compact although well designed. I felt that was reflected in the price which was good value.

Served its purpose well.

Liked: Convenient stop -off for drive to south of France.

Liked: nice and convenient for a stop whilst en route to somewhere else; next to the motorway exit (although the exit is now poorly marked following some extensive roadworks - not the fault of the hotel!). There was ample parking on site. We didn't have a need, but there are restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was readily available, reasonable quality and plenty of it. Despite 'what didn't you like?' comments, the hotel was cheap so VFM was good.
Disliked: maybe our memory is failing, but the rooms and bathrooms are so much smaller than we recall - minute. Tolerable for an over night stay, but not conducive to spending any time there. The room also looked tired.
