Disliked: I arrived at the property to find a man in my booked room. I was travelling as a solo female traveller so I was very concerned to find a man in the room late at night. The property offered no apologies or financial compensation and hung up the phone on me when I called to complain that night. No apologies offered since. My door code initially did not work so I could not get into the property until another guest helped me too. They sent me to a different accommodation which I was offered no transport to and it was of poor quality, further away from where I needed to be in the city. The WIFI I paid for did not work, there was no bin in the room, the kitchen's water tap did not run. Shocking stay, would not recommend.

Disliked: Very tiny room with slopped ceiling that make the room claustrophobic A male of average height ,needs to be contortionist or he better squat to pee due to slopped ceiling just above the toilet Please note, do not believe all rooms in this house are of this condition as this was in the attic area .

Disliked: Ohh they're so difficult to deal with them to ask them simple things like location and how i get the key .....And they charged me 3 times payments instead of one time and booking.com isn't a trustful app also
