Would NOT Recommend and will...

Liked: Gentleman that greeted us was very friendly. We asked about area attractions/fun things to do and he recommended the San Antonio Riverwalk.
Disliked: The room was of very poor quality and shabby. As we pulled around, it appeared as if little kids were playing on TOP OF a car and looked like they lived there. The area and room had the smell remnants of weed. We stayed 2 nights and they only left 2 small towels. The furniture is scratched and outdated. There's a hole in the curtain to pull over the door knob. There were only 3 small pillows that were about as comfortable as rocks. No breakfast options. This facility is in desperate need of some updates.

Extremely bad night at Knights...

Liked: Nothing at all I had ordered a smoke free room. But the room they gave us completely smelled like cigarettes.
Disliked: Everything!!! My young daughter and I were alone looking for a good place to stay. I ordered a smoke-free room, but they gave us a room that smelled completely of cigarettes. All they offered to do was spray air freshener like if that was gonna help. The bed felt dirty, disgusting, and smelled as well. The door had the main lock broke off, so there was not much security. The curtains had rips, so anybody could look inside. There were three men standing outside of our room. So, as a single mom with a young daughter with her, I felt completely not safe. So I went to tell the clerks that were there that I was not satisfied with the room. They told me that I could be free to leave, but they were still gonna charge the cancelation fee. This was on a Saturday 4/13/24 between the hours of 3:00 & 4:00. So I called booking.com, and they were understanding, but they are trying to get ahold of the property manager. And he is not returning their calls, messages, or emails, so overall, a very disappointing, disgusting, dirty, not a safe place to ever stay at!!
