Knights Inn Palmyra/Hershey

We specifically booked a smoking room and were given a non-smoking room. When my husband went back to the service desk to ask about the mistake, she apologized but they were fully booked and couldn't move us. They weren't even willing to give us a discount on the room due to THEIR mistake! Also, because of that, we had to go outside to smoke. Other than that, no complaints. The room was clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable too! No noise from the neighboring rooms either.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. The pool also looked well-maintained.
Disliked: Did not get the type of room we requested. Not many trash receptacles in room either.

Liked: It was near where we were going.
Disliked: The room was expensive for the size. The cover for the bed looked and felt like it should have been a curtain. The bed was well worn. Definitely not worth what we paid to stay there.

Liked: I liked the room with dbl queens and also having a parking space right in front of my room. Thank you for the bottle of water and the snack bars.
