We specifically booked a smoking room and were given a non-smoking room. When my husband went back to the service desk to ask about the mistake, she apologized but they were fully booked and couldn't move us. They weren't even willing to give us a discount on the room due to THEIR mistake! Also, because of that, we had to go outside to smoke. Other than that, no complaints. The room was clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable too! No noise from the neighboring rooms either.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. The pool also looked well-maintained.
Disliked: Did not get the type of room we requested. Not many trash receptacles in room either.

Liked: Listen this motel was clean like clean the covers still smelled like tide. Even checked for bed bugs, not single black spot in sight. Toilet spotless shower as well, I’ve paid 3 times what I paid somewhere else and it wasn’t this clean. The staff were really friendly and it was in a super convenient location near everything.
Disliked: It’s a little dated and could use an update, but if looks don’t matter to you then it’s not important.

Disliked: The room was freezing when we arrived. Took half the night to warm up. I understand that its off season and they have things down to keep costs down but they should turn heat on a bit when there is a reservation.

Superb

Liked: Staff, cleanliness, quiet.
Disliked: Room had no heat on when we got there,, so we froze for hours until it warmed up.

Would not stay again.

Liked: The location of the property was great!
Disliked: We booked in January and the heat was not turned on prior to us arriving so the room was frigid. There also is no heat in the bathroom so it was freezing cold in there as well. The receptionist was kind.
