Disliked: We informed the motel of our arrival time at 11 PM, but no one was there to check us in for over an hour and a half. We attempted to contact the manager, Raj, via phone and email, but received no response. He finally arrived just as we were looking for other places to stay.The room smelled terrible, the sink had no cold water, and there was only one light by the bed thpat works in the whole room. We could not sleep, so we stayed for only four hours and left early in the morning.Additionally, we were charged an extra $15 without our authorization 6 hours latr after checking out, with no explanation given. We paid $140 for the room, and instead of an apology for the long wait and the poor conditions, we were hit with an extra charge. When we called to ask about it, we were told to contact Raj on Monday since he was responsible for the charge.
