Disappointing

Disliked: Hot water didn't work after a few hrs, and for the rest of my stay. The reason I'm there is for a big bed and seriously hot water.

Liked: The place is run down and crapper then when I stayed last year. The only thing nice is the floor. The floor was probably cleaner then the place.
Disliked: Was run down worse then before when I stayed. They changed the flooring whisk is good. But a lot worse for everything else needs fixing. Staff is friendly as usual. For a nine refund place of course it?s non refund it?s crap.... place had bed bugs to I always carry bedbug spray with me sprayed the whole sides and floor of the bed never saw them again. Probably the cleanest room after I sprayed it.....

Disappointing

Liked: NOTHING.
Disliked: Everything. Bad, Bad part of town. People awake & loitering @ all hours of the night. I had food delivered to my room and did not receive it. It was stolen before I got to the door. Lady in office is RUDE! Drug infested.

I won't go back

Liked: It was close to the freeway and inexpensive.
Disliked: Other than that, the other guests were noisy and rude. Smoking outsid and carrying on like no one else was there. The smoke detector had to be deactivated because it was in need of a battery and beeping constantly. Told the concierge, but no one came to fix it. The fan in the bathroom was also out of order.
