You won’t regret staying here!

Liked: Super welcoming staff, gorgeous rooms (comfortable bed and a cracking shower!), beautiful cafe with delicious food, and a great location for walking to all the best food and drink spots - couldn’t have asked for more.

Modern but expensive, frustrating early/late...

Liked: Modern hotel, comfortable upscale lobby & restaurant with nice vibes.
Disliked: Quite expensive for a very small room. We called to request early checkin and late checkout, but were told to call back and ask later at least 3 times. We ended up having to ask for early checkin when we arrived not knowing if we would be able to. We were also charged $10 per extra hour on top of the $250+ we already paid for the room.

Overall I would recommend this...

Liked: Our hotel room and the café was great, although a little pricey.
Disliked: The parking situation wasn’t ideal. It was expensive and was often crowded. There were some homeless people who would hang out in the parking lot late at night, which didn’t make me feel super safe when walking to and from my car.

I would not stay here...

Liked: We liked the location
Disliked: Our room had not been properly cleaned. There were a pair of used underwear left in the room. When highlighted to the staff they apologized and offered to comp our parking and offer a meal for free at the cafe. However this was offered to us after we had checked out and left Colorado Springs so was not helpful for us. The room was not cheap and the reason we chose kinship landing was because of the reviews and the level of cleanliness. $16 refund on a room with someone’s dirty underwear left in it is absolutely not good enough. There were also brown stains all down the wall in the bathroom.

Liked: It was clean, nice, comfortable and easy to get where I wanted to me.
Disliked: The don't bother to tell you that you have to pay more than $20 to park there when you book. I was furious that I had to pay that amount of money to park myself in an unmanned dirt parking lot.

Liked: The table that raised and lowered was an unexpected plus. Staff was incredible
