Liked: The location was perfect and very central to other areas of the city I needed to get to. I loved that it was very close to several restaurants, bars and even some boutique shopping opportunities. There were so many good options, all within walking distance! The attached restaurant is also a great option for anyone that's looking to stay close to the hotel. And the community kitchen and lounge spaces were very impressive, although we did not end up using them.
Disliked: I didn't love not having any staff onsite at all but they seem easy to contact.

Loved the charm.

Liked: Breakfast was nothing special. The coffee was really good.

Beautiful, funky, and the perfect...

Liked: The room was lovely, and the kitchen common area was well stocked and a great space
Disliked: The single only thing that was confusing was that online the Kinn indicates that there is a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant in the morning, but this is not the case. Sorella was not open in the morning. There was some yogurt and oatmeal in the common shared kitchen, which was perfect. I did eat at Sorella in the evening, and it was wonderful. The entire place is great. Maybe just clean up the online info.

Worth the price and great...

Liked: I love the bedrooms. So comfortable and beautiful.
Disliked: Loads of stairs which I didn’t realize and weren’t the best for bad hips. Also, we have stayed at the downtown Kinn as well, and the communal area at the Bay View locations lacks in comparison.

Superb

Liked: Beautiful concept, excellent location. Would stay here again for some urban crawling.
Disliked: Parking was a little tight, but I learned later that street parking is safe.
