Liked: very convenient location close to Hyde park and paddington station, staff that was very friendly, decent breakfast
Disliked: - couldn't accommodate an early check in which is understandable, but did offer to store luggage. luggage storage just entails leaving your bags in the middle of the lobby, the door to which is open at all times for anyone to walk in. usually an single attendant is present, but no real way to verify that you are only removing your own luggage- upon check in (2 hours after designated time), power was out in my room which took about an hour of carting luggage up and down stairs to resolve- upon entering room, rubbish bins had not been cleaned out from the last guests- rooms very small and hot in the summer, bathrooms about the size of an airplane bathroom - left an item in my room after checkout. messaged front desk within a few hours about it and have not received response

Liked: This hotel exceeded all expectations, fantastic location near Paddington Station, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly kind, empathetic, and went out of their way to make my parents feel comfortable. Impeccably clean, spacious rooms, and outstanding service made our stay truly special. Highly recommend for families and travelers alike! Will definitely return.

Liked: The receptionist during our checkin, good location
Disliked: Lack of air conditioning at the highest floor in summertime - the fan did not help much at 33 degrees Celsius :( , very small bathroom with badly working lock, price was a bit high (though maybe it was ok compared to other hotels at the time), instant coffee at breakfast :)
