Great hotel

Liked: The staff was excellent & friendly we really enjoyed our stay
Disliked: That we couldn't of stayed longer lol we will be back nxt year hopefully

Disliked: The bed and pillows are on the cheep side and not comfortable at all. Also could do better with the cleanup

Disliked: I booked a room at the Kingsway Hotel and the staff moved us to a hotel two buildings away due to the hotel being full. When we entered the hotel, the room was nothing like the pictures and was terribly small. The smell of varnish and paint was overwhelming. They had probably just finished preparing the room. The smell was intense throughout our stay, so we had to open the window even during the night, although that didn't help. Overall, my recommendation is to avoid this hotel.

Liked: Onsite Parking and Breakfast Included in the price - great location with easy access to Oxford street -- could not ask for more for the price
Disliked: The shower room and bathroom was small but for one night more than enough

Basic facilities but great staff...

Liked: The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and helped in any way possible which definitely made a difference to our visit. Being able to park right outside the hotel made a difference to us too.
Disliked: The breakfast. It was a very small room and there was one member of staff trying to keep everything topped up and keep the guests happy so she was very busy. The staff members English wasn’t great and when we asked what came on the full English she couldn’t understand us but it was fine as we just had it how it came. It was very basic but ok.
