Liked: I cannot really rate KingswayPark as we got the room in the neighboring hotel - Admiral I believe. Kingsway looked nice on the pictures, the ones we received not really.
Disliked: Extremely small room, bed and shower. The only activity possible was to lay down on the rather short bed. The room and shower (cannot call it bathroom) we got was not even close to those presented on the pictures.

Liked: Pros.Excellent location.Pleasant front desk staff.Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Cons.Small dated and gloomy room with a Tiny bathroom. The shower stall is the smallest shower I’ve ever used.The bathroom had no hooks to hang towels and the shower didn’t even have a place to set your soap or shampoo bottle down.The door into the bathroom bangs against the toilet and doesn’t fully open. The shower head sprayed water in every direction but on your body and the water pressure was terrible, probably due to lime scale build up !!( * Note to owner. Submerge the shower head in a white vinegar solution for a few hours and then rinse to resolve this problem, or better still, spend a few quid on a new head. )And there’s no ventilation in the bathroom that works, so it gets terribly steamy when showering and stinky if you do a number 2.With no air conditioning, the room got overly warm and stuffy, but it was too loud outside (especially at night) to have the window open.Cramped breakfast area. Tables too close together and there’s no air conditioning, so the room was unpleasantly stuffy.No Vegetarian options for the cooked breakfast. At check in I was told that we should have asked for it when we made the reservation. But then said they’ll try to get some delivered for our second day, but no veg sausages came on day 2 or day 3. (the day we checked out )The coffee was drinkable, but tasted like instant and was served out of a thermos. There was no Decaf option either !!The selection of other breakfast items was sad too. Only one kind of tea, 3 types of cereals, brown or white bread and 1 type of sliced cheese.There were jams, but no Marmalade

Liked: Shower absolutely terrible no power and looked like something out of the 70 with its built in astray whilst sat on the toilet Very hot in room and portable ac did not work
Disliked: Breakfast basic but good and free drink on arrival nice touch

Disappointing

Disliked: Rooms. It is not acceptable that a 79 year old person has to climb three flights of stairs to get to their room.

Wonderful hospitality!

Liked: The staff were all fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The first room had multiple issues, but the staff moved me to a different room.
