Didn't feel safe

Liked: The location was good for kings cross station and check in was relatively simple
Disliked: The staff didn't really care. There luggage drop off was a joke. You can just walk in and take anyone's bags without needing to have a tag. There was a group of drug dealers outside the front until 2am and when someone looked out their window at them they got abusive and actually came into the hotel to find the hotel room of the individual. They wasn't stopped coming in and was able to freely move around the building. On top of that the windows did not shut and lock. I didn't feel safe the whole time. I left early in the morning to get my train and the staff member was asleep in reception.

Disappointing

Liked: My partner and I booked this last minute as we missed our train, it was cheap, the location was great and the room looked alright and the room was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The walls are incrediblely thin so you can hear everything, people talking and coming up the stairs, kids riding scooters down the hallways, slamming doors, (I could actually hear someone in a nearby room in the shower and on the loo) all the noise meant we didnt get any sleep from about 6am. The fold out bed wasnt comfortable at all, and none of the power outlets worked, we told the staff and they said theyd fix it whilst we were at dinner but they still didn't work when we got back and all there wasn't anyone on the front desk so we couldn't charge our phones which wasn't great because we needed them for alarms ect.
