Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Disappointing

Liked: I can only remark on the room I stayed in, single occupant, 3 nights, full size bed. The room was much smaller than advertised (10 ms/108 sf), estimated room without bathroom was 50 sf/< 5ms, with limited storage, the bathroom resembled an average airplane/train size, with a very small shower. In the hotels credit, this was a converted row house with limited space, the bed was an improvement over a twin size, and it is in a decent location near St. Pancras/Kings Cross Rail Station. This would be an OK option for a one night stay, near the train station, definitely an improvement over a hostel. What the hotel could improve upon, to use the height of the rooms, go to IKEA and buy shelving that will take advantage of that in such small rooms. There was very little space to unpack for a multi night stay, therefore, I had to live out of my suitcase that had to remain on the floor, due to lack of storage. There are many other hotels in this area, that were more money per night, but not that much more. The improvement in space and extra comforts, could be worth it for longer stays.
