Liked: Rooftop bar was very nice with great views
Disliked: The valet service was ok - did not manage the queue well at check-in - need either a security guard or hotel staff or another valet directing incoming cars; the first time we got our car to go back out, they took our ticket and after that we no longer had it (which apparently was not the correct way to do it); and when we were checking out, we called to have our car pulled up, only to find they never got the request. Also do not like that there is no coffee maker included in the room and after we requested and used it the first day, supplies were not refilled the second day, so had to call back down to request more.

Liked: Awesome location, right downtown. We could easily walk to Bank of America, Stadium, museums, and in numerous restaurants. Wonderful friendly staff.

Everything was fine except for...

Disliked: The toilet was dirty with urine stains.

Liked: We had some chocolate sweets waiting in our room given it was our anniversary stay. We were very happy with our room and speedy service whenever we called the front desk!
