Kimpton Theta New York - Times Square By IHG

I could say it was a bit pricy, but considering that this is Manhattan it should go without saying that any decent hotel will be expensive, so I will not count that as a negative point. Among the positive points: it is in a great location, the room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was friendly (so much so that the bellman practically grabbed the luggage cart out of my hands when he saw me starting to push it, because he wanted to help me with it...of course, I'm sure the fact that me doing it myself meant that he wouldn't get a tip had nothing to do with it - ha, ha!). I can't think of anything negative to say, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel and the perfect location - it was to everything that we wanted to do in New York City for the weekend. Staff were very attentive and Larry was wonderful at making suggestions for restaurants nd tours. Would come back again in a heart beat.

Liked: Location; staff; room accommodations and cleanliness.
Disliked: First night the shower just took quite a bit of time to heat up.

Disliked: For some reason there were gnats in the bathroom every day. No matter the time, gnats just flew around and if we did not close the door, they would fly around the entire room. The room overall could use attention to detail and upgrading. Slow leak in the sink and shower as well

Liked: We stayed at Kimpton Theta Hotel and really enjoyed our time, especially with its amazing location—just a short walk from Times Square! The hotel itself is stylish and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only downside was the breakfast; for a hotel of this level, the options were quite limited. It would be great to see more variety to suit different preferences. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

No AC but awesome location.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious and clean.
Disliked: The walls look nasty and molded. The AC didn't work and front desk knew it and sold the room anyway. The room cost to much to not have AC in July.
