Kimpton Theta New York - Times Square By IHG

I could say it was a bit pricy, but considering that this is Manhattan it should go without saying that any decent hotel will be expensive, so I will not count that as a negative point. Among the positive points: it is in a great location, the room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was friendly (so much so that the bellman practically grabbed the luggage cart out of my hands when he saw me starting to push it, because he wanted to help me with it...of course, I'm sure the fact that me doing it myself meant that he wouldn't get a tip had nothing to do with it - ha, ha!). I can't think of anything negative to say, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel and the perfect location - it was to everything that we wanted to do in New York City for the weekend. Staff were very attentive and Larry was wonderful at making suggestions for restaurants nd tours. Would come back again in a heart beat.

Disliked: First night the shower just took quite a bit of time to heat up.

Fabulous Hotel & Great Location

Liked: Princess on the front desk was extremely helpful when we checked in, nothing was to much of a problem. Made us feel extremely welcome as did the two gents on the hotel concierge. Room size was great. Breakfast was also very good the usual buffet - Breakfast servers were also super helpful. We loved the location you could not get more central to literally everything!! We would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Without being too to critical the only thing I would comment on is the lifts - They are little dated and noisy they need an upgrade for sure.

Liked: Upstairs rooftop breakfast area was nice. Some staff were rude. Didn’t check if I wanted milk in my coffee just poured and left.
Disliked: Internet didn’t work in the room. Phone didn’t work. Television kept glitching and often blacking out. Bathroom had small flies in the shower,
