I could say it was a bit pricy, but considering that this is Manhattan it should go without saying that any decent hotel will be expensive, so I will not count that as a negative point. Among the positive points: it is in a great location, the room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was friendly (so much so that the bellman practically grabbed the luggage cart out of my hands when he saw me starting to push it, because he wanted to help me with it...of course, I'm sure the fact that me doing it myself meant that he wouldn't get a tip had nothing to do with it - ha, ha!). I can't think of anything negative to say, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked: Nice clean rooms; great location; friendly staff.
Disliked: None.

I loved this hotel and the perfect location - it was to everything that we wanted to do in New York City for the weekend. Staff were very attentive and Larry was wonderful at making suggestions for restaurants nd tours. Would come back again in a heart beat.

Liked: Location; staff; room accommodations and cleanliness.
Disliked: First night the shower just took quite a bit of time to heat up.

Located close to many attractions,...

Liked: Close to Times Square, restaurants and walking distance to most things we wanted to visit. Modern facilities with 16 floors, clean and good beds.
Disliked: Rather noisy, construction work next door.

Pleasant stay, good property

Liked: The rooftop restaurant’s staff Danny. He made our birthday celebration absolutely perfect
Disliked: Slow service. We called several times for travel adaptor during our 4 day stay, it came 1 hour before we were leaving.
