Good view; arrived about 2 hours early and was allowed to check in which was nice; good walking location to see all of Portland.

Liked: Nice hotel; good location to attend concert at Keller Auditorium.

Nice place great view ,...

Disliked: Upgraded to a room with a fireplace ,and the firewood would not stay lit . It defeated the whole purpose of the upgrade .

Liked: All staff were nice and kind. Location is great and it has a nice river view from the room.
Disliked: It’s old and needs renovation for hallway, lobby. In the room needs well maintained of lamps, restroom door, plugs for electrical devices. Also the wi-fi internet was down during my stay,

Liked: Afternoon drinks in the lobby offered. The bar. The VALET! Very kind. Our room was great. The staff accommodated my request for a dozen port glasses be brought to my room.
