Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix an IHG Hotel

I would recommend staying at Kimpton Hotel Palomar anytime as it is top notch and especially if you're going to walk across the street to the concert hall (Footprint Center).

Liked: Convenience to our venue! It was a great room and the service was very professional and nice; the breakfast at The Breakfast Club was superb!

Liked: Central location, easy access to interstate when needed. Bed was comfortable. Staff were overall friendly. I appreciated the text to welcome me and to inquire how my stay was going and whether I needed anything else. Soak tub was huge!
Disliked: Valet parking was expensive, $44/nightly. The room could use some updates or new furniture. The "leather" on the nightstand and bathroom were tearing apart, the couch was sunken in and could not be sat on, and the music from the rooftop bar could be heard even on the 8th floor!

Liked: All staff members were amazing, from valet to front desk, to the restaurant (Blue Hound)!!!
Disliked: It’s a very dog-friendly hotel, but would have liked to have better access to a location for turf or rocks for dogs to do their business (closest location was 2-3 blocks away).

Liked: Best hotel stay in a long time! This place is on their game, from check in to cleanliness, staff were all friendly and know what’s going on! The fruit infused water in the lobby was my fav! Best location for going to a concert at footprint center directly across the street! The rooftop pool/bar was a great addition to staying here! Even has a Resturant/bar inside for late night grabbing a drink or getting something to eat, I came for a girls overnight stay to see Kelsea ballerini and we enjoyed the cozy room and even had robes for us! Parking made easy directly next to the hotel you can choose valet or park yourself! Highly recommend staying here! 10/10
