Liked: It was a nice hotel, a bit worn out, but otherwise typical 3 star experience. Looked better on the photos. Good location. Restaurant was very decent, and it was a save as it turned out in May, on Friday evening, good luck with finding a table at a nice restaurant in the area as a walk-in...
Disliked: Our suite was located in the open outdoor walkway area, and you could hear the rumble of the luggage carts on the floor. We had a sleeper sofa to accommodate the family of 4 and bedding was not provided. I had to ask twice to get a new set. The hotel was dog friendly so the next day there were dogs barking constantly in the room next door since 8am. Oh, there was no complimentary water in a room other than 7usd per bottle Fiji.

Next time in Savannah we’ll...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean beds comfortable and well stocked. Beautiful patio area. Lovely restaurant, breakfast was tasty.
Disliked: We wished the restaurant was opened longer as we missed dinner.

Girl Birthday Weekend!

Liked: Property was close to all the things we wanted to do in Savannah. The hotel hosts a wine hour during the evenings which was a nice addition. The staff were helpful but definitely felt like they were busy and overwhelmed at times.
Disliked: Nothing note worthy but the hotel definitely needs some attention and love in the rooms. It looks tired and worn down in places. Also, the pillows are the WORSE! I had to use all four to just get comfy or enough support.

Liked: Very overrated hotel:No outlets to charge phones.No coffee in room. Minimum size bath room.At best a 2 star. Forget thr 4 stars.

Pleasant

Liked: Centrally located, stylish decor and very comfortable beds.staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Our first night we did not sleep well as our room was right on Bay Street and the street noise and elevator noise kept us awake. After switching to a room farther from the street, we slept very well.Also, there were a ton of dogs which wouldn’t necessarily be bad but there was dog feces in the elevator. The bellhop was on his phone and no one ever offered to help with bags, even when we relocated to a quieter room. For the nightly rate, and the Kimpton brand, we felt service was lacking and not any better than if we had stayed at a budget hotel.
