Clean comfortable and very reasonably...

Liked: We arrived late at night having spent the day at Wimbledon tennis tournament. So having a code to let are self's into the property was ideal. The room was very clean and comfortable and an added bonus of a biscuit and chocolate to have with our first cup of tea. We would definitely book again..
Disliked: The only negative was the amount of stairs to climb to our room on the 3rd floor, due to my Mum being almost 80 years old..

Conveniently situated

Liked: Was ideal for an overnight stay when travelling on Eurostar, St Pancras.Only a 5 min walk away. The weather outside was exceptionally hot but air conditioning worked well and was lovely and cool.Entry code was easy to use.Comfortable bed.Would stay again.
Disliked: Didn't see any staff, but wasn't a problem for us.

Exceptional

Just what we needed.

Liked: The room was small but had all we needed and was beautifully clean. The road noise was there but once things closed for the night we had a comfortable night and, staying in a city, you have to expect some noise but it didn't annoy us (and we live deep in the countryside!)
Disliked: All fine

Perfect stopover hotel. Amazing value...

Liked: Location was great, staff helpful, very clean room
Disliked: Quite noisy at nighttime especially from the above rooms

Better than expected

Liked: Very powerful AC during this extreme hot week. Room is very clean. Location is only one block away from train station. No elevator as mentioned in this hotel, if this is not a concern, everything is perfect.
