Good value for money for...

Liked: Small but well equipped room. Spaceous bathroom.
Disliked: Slightly thin walls - you can hear people on the hallway, but small hotel so not very busy. Small stain on bedsheets.

Great location and value

Liked: This hotel was perfectly located by Hyde Park. The staff were so helpful. We arrived at 9am and they got us a room early. Everything was perfect.

Close to tube station shops...

Liked: Staff here are amazing communication was so good reception staff (sorry forget night staff lads name) was so good at dealing with an issue we hadHe was on the ball sorted it all out in a professional sympathetic wayManager was contacted and everything was very professionally dealt with very happy This hotel is super clean, hotel does have stairs no lift so don’t book if you can’t climb flights of stairs this is a beautiful old house. It is so close to the tube station and so close to shops great location Bathrooms are modern and lovely they have all the little toiletries in there white fluffy towels and they even left my favourite biscuits by the tea making facilities a little thing but I loved it x
Disliked: Stairs no lift although I didn’t mind the stairs

Relaxing easy stay in London.

Liked: 24 hour reception. Staff helpful. Luggage storage after checkout. Great location close to underground for easy access to London sites. Close to restaurants and supermarkets.
Disliked: No extractor fan in the bathroom so a bit stuffy when showering

Liked: I had nice single room during my stay. It was very clean. The area is nice with great access to nice cafes, restaurants in walking distance, as well as the Bayswater metro station.
Disliked: Unfortunately the sound isolation is not great, as I was able to listen to conversations in the neighboring room, and was woken up early in the morning by the same neighbors, obviously heading for an early flight.
