Pleasant

Comfortable, good location, inconvenient registration.

Liked: Bathroom was good, bed comfortable, TV hard to use. Location in Bayswater good, room was clean.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that unknown to me, I was asked to register in the affiliated hotel a half block away, after I had moved my heavy luggage from the cab to the front door of Kensington. I objected as a senior citizen to have to move my luggage down the street in order to register. Therefore a staff member came to register me and give me my key, which I appreciated.

Liked: Location to Bayswater station was good, nice view from the window over looking Kensington Square gardens. Room was clean if a little small, toiletries in the bathroom were pleasant and useful.
Disliked: The window rattled all night because of the wind and the guests in the bedroom next door had their tv playing really loudly til about 1am. I needed to be up for work at 7am following a long day travelling. Check in process of going over the sister hotel wasn’t quite clear to me.
