Liked: The Tube is 2 blocks away. There are many restaurants stores and supermarkets nearby.The breakfast was very good so was the breakfast staff.The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have had in a hotel. Great value for the price.
Disliked: The building is a little old. The reception staff is professional but not particularly friendly.

Liked: Everything was above our expectations. Excellent location for visiting London, 3 min walking to Earl Court Underground Station and Direct Line to all attractions and airport. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
