Super helpful staff made us...

Liked: Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. My room was easy access to outdoor for my dog.
Disliked: The pool smell was a bit strong, which simply indicates a need to balance the chemicals properly.

Liked: We stayed at the Kelly in this weekend (March 8th & 9th) and really enjoyed the experience. The price, for the value was great! The lady at the Front desk who checked us in was very friendly and easy to work with, informative, but not rude. Our room was huge, comparted to a standard 2 queen bedroom and was clean. The hotel itself was well laid out and also clean. The pool was a nice size, good temp and the slide was fun. The hot tub was also a good size and nice. Lastly the breakfast area was comfortable and had a good variety to choose from. We tend to stay in Billings a few times a year and I think this will be our new go to spot. We used to stay at the convention center but have had 2 bad experiences in a row and will not be going back. Thank you, Kelly Inn, for a great experience!
