not a great stay

Liked: the shower
Disliked: the shower/bathroom didn't have enough towels toilet paper conditioner for the shower the beds wear uncomfortable

Liked: Hotel was very clean and customer service was excellent
Disliked: There was no parking available

Liked: Room great but, noise from adjacent room.
Disliked: The coffee was awful and the creamer lumpy.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was only good.
Disliked: The music from the bar was so loud that we couldn't sleep until morning. The facilities were very old, and the room was so small. It was overpriced for the conditions at this hotel.

Expected a lot better

Liked: Location was okay and felt safe
Disliked: Found multiple insects (I think roaches) crawling inside the room

Strong mold smell in room...

Liked: It was convenient to an event we were going to. Also very close to grand central market.
Disliked: DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 219. They placed us there and as soon as I opened the door to the bathroom I automatically smelled the mold. That’s how strong the smell was. I had to hold my breath to pee and that’s when I noticed a HUGE patch of water ready to burst through the ceiling above the shower. I attached a photo for reference. That’s a HUGE health risk and means for a lawsuit. The fact that the moisture bubble was so large and the smell was so strong tells me that they know about it and aren’t doing anything to fix it. We came back from our event in the evening to let the front desk know and we were downgraded from a king to a queen room.
