Beautiful property and a great...

Liked: Natalie, the concierge was so helpful. The view was beautiful. Everyone was friendly. The pool was pretty. It was a great visit. Thank you for everything.
Disliked: The pool was chilly, but we are older and didn't stay in long enough to adjust. :)

Liked: The hotel lobby was very nice, open and big. There are large windows and some conversation pit seating. There was live music at the shutters lounge in the evening that provided a nice atmosphere. We stayed at a remodeled room and it was clean and quiet.
Disliked: The outdoor area needs some maintenance. There were not many lounge chairs, and they were old. Some of the tiles near the pools are cracked or missing. The bathroom needs to be renovated and one of the stalls was out of service.

For the time being while...

Liked: Rooms were clean. Not too crowded. Quiet resort.
Disliked: Pretty outdated. Some of the staff have a very snarky attitude. Unfortunately all pools are cold. The additional bed that was brought to us for our daughter was convered in dust balls. Self parking fee is way too much per day!Details like these are a big turnoff.

Liked: The ambiance of the hotel was amazing. Yes the hotel is older which creates a more relaxed atmosphere. The staff was amazing, and the views this resort had were fantastic. There is not one thing I liked best, as the entirety of our stay was the best part.
Disliked: No.

Really good place to stay...

Liked: Great place, close to the airport, very pretty landscaping, pools and jacuzzis!!
Disliked: Only thing that I didn’t like was that you can’t swim at the beach on the back yard!! But, that has nothing to do with the hotel!!

Easy stay with nice amenities!

Liked: Easy check in, very friendly staff, beautiful lobby, easy food choices.
Disliked: Rooms could use a refresh. Double beds are just too small for two people.

Not recommended for the price.

Disliked: Old and the staff really didn’t care about service just going through the motions.

Liked: I liked that it was close to the airport and steps from the ocean.
Disliked: I didn't like that we were put in a room that smelled really bad. It was very musty in there and the carpet was pulling up off of the floor. It also faced the top of a building. The did let us switch rooms at an extra $30.00 a night cost. Parking $30 day.
