Liked: Beautiful hotel great style

Lovely vibe in a perfect...

Liked: The rooftop area had a very nice vibe. The room was very comfy.
Disliked: The lift to the rooftop bar was extremely sketchy, we almost got stuck in it, couldn’t open the door at the top and the light went off whilst we were in it. The reception area was very narrow and had for wheelchair users to navigate.

Bad

Liked: Location is great
Disliked: For a boutique hotel you don’t expect two single beds on wheels pushed together. In my opinion this is not acceptable, the two beds kept rolling apart despite a double sheet pulled over them. My biggest issue with this hotel is the “roof top” bar. Which has people smoking in it despite being an enclosed space. This is not permitted in the UK! We also had to wait 15 min for someone to come up from the ground floor to serve us drinks.

Disliked: We found some of the staff couldn’t really be bothered in helping there was no make our room sign so they didn’t make it when asked the young girl couldn’t be bothered and said did you put the sign out

Disliked: Rubbish staff, pretty miserable, no mini bar in room except bottles of 1 litre spirits. Furnishings terrible. Bed terrible quality. More like a brothel than a hotel.Maybe it was 22 Acacia Avenue?
