Great for location but no...

Liked: After strong persuasion, management tried to help sort out issues but it was hard work. The location was excellent
Disliked: Even though I had pre-purchase breakfast on Booking.com the property tried to charge me extra saying I had only paid for continental. This was not the case.The bedroom was of a superior room was soooo small that it was difficult to get around the actual bed and a number of items in the room where not working like the radio and the makeup mirror light.

Unique hotel with lovely staff, clean and comfortable and also with a touch of rock and roll decor

Liked: Great staff, lovely well decorated quirky hotel, very cool and comfortable with a roof top hot tub and bar. Lovely fragrance throughout the whole hotel.

Had a fab time, loved the roof terrace and bar, love the design of the hotel and the rock theme, even met a dalek

Liked: Amazing location. Short walk to theatres and restaurants, and not far a walk down to the mall and Buckingham palace. Loved it
Disliked: Bedroom was very small and no wardrobe space, but we were only there for 1 night so managed. Would definitely need a bigger bedroom if stopping longer

Liked: Smelt like a spa fresh and clean decor to enchant and lift the spirits.
Disliked: A little more light in the bed rooms would be good and for the price you should include the cooked breakfast in the accommodation charge
