Disliked: The noise from street. All day and all night

Liked: The location was good, easy to commute.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable. I was on a bottom bunk and the top bunk was so low it wasn't possible to sit up. Other beds in the room were higher, but the staff refused to let me switch, even though several people had already checked out. It was also very loud due to the street noise, and since there was no A/C, the windows had to be open all the time.
