that was okay.
Liked: The Hotel is Great! Staff is awesome .... Specially Edgar from the restaurant where we had breakfast everyday! The room is very clean and with a very good size.
Disliked: Brakfast ......I travel a lot to Miami Downtown...... and the Breakfast from JW Marquis is still too far from good. Very poor selection of breads..... they use to have someone doing the omelet in the past ...not anymore. The room where the buffet is located is too tiny,,,,,,for the price, they should have a better selection of the products quality , and variety. Intercontinental Hotel breakfast is way better .

Liked: My husband and I arrived at 8:00 pm and were told our room was still being cleaned which we thought to be odd. The front desk told us they would move our room which was to change to a double. The manager came up front and switched us to a suite with a king - great CSR!
Disliked: The restaurant in the hotel was not good at all. We went for breakfast the first morning - my husband ordered an omelet which consisted of a large amount of meat rolled up by an egg. An omelet normally has the interior ingredients cooked into the egg. Very odd! Also my eggs arrived very runny and then when sent back totally overcooked. The price for very little food was over $75. Never ate there again! Restaurant needs improvement!!

Liked: The whole visit was very exciting the only bad part is I was double charge on my credit card I?ve been calling since last Sunday to have them refund it and not one manager has called me back I have called multiple times and now my credit credit card got charged double and they can not explain to me why they charge me extra money when I pay cash for everything and I didn?t owe anything at the end but they secretly went behind my back and charge my credit card.
Disliked: Management is very unprofessional I?ve been calling nonstop they sent an email to the manager and not one manager has contacted me back it is already Thursday and still I haven?t heard from them

Disliked: The staff weren?t personable. Low talkers who sounded robotic. Felt the deal I paid for was a bait n switch. Not sure if booking.com didn?t specify accurate details or if the hotel gave me a room that wasn?t accurate to the deal.
