Decent stay with excellent location.

Liked: Very close to Milano Centrale, with metro stop right in front of the hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful and reception was open 24/7.
Disliked: Toilet amenities were spare, no coffee machine nor kettle for hot water.

Liked: Great location to just pass by Milano, right at the train station. Convenient to have some cozy restaurants with excellent pasta nearby. Even a cat cafe. Reception is kind and helpful

Liked: it was clean and the location is perfect right next to the metro and train stations.
Disliked: the breakfast was actually terrible and disappointing: the food was always cold and never fresh. it lacked just simple breakfast dishes like porridge. It was far from the 4-star hotel service. Also the room was dark because not all the lights in the room worked.
