4 nights stay - good...

Liked: Location of the property is very central and ideal to explore the city. Staff is generally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good quality - partly a-la-carte and partly buffet..
Disliked: The hotel is relatively large and only one lift was working for the most of my 4 nights stay. The bed was too soft.At the checkout, the reception lady asked to sign the form for optional service charge (tips). I travelled across all continents and stayed in over 100 different hotels, but this is the first time I got ASKED for tips. I refused this demand and got grumpy face in return. Even hotels in US, where tipping culture is very developed, nobody asks for tips in hotels.If you have this tipping policy, at least let the clients know in advance, so they can pay closer attention to the service.

Liked: Location convenient for my purpose and room was good. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: Car racing outside in the evening was a bit aniying but ended reasonably early.
