Great convenient location and clean

Liked: Everything you need is within walking distance. Great location Room was clean. Luggage storage area
Disliked: Kitchen was dirty and very small. No tea, coffee or milk provided like other hostels in South Island. No details provided by staff when Checking in re social activities, location of lounge area and kitchen because of self check in and check out. Didn’t know heater was a portable heater.

Liked: Great location. Only a few minutes walk to everything that Queenstown offers. Basic, but clean and affordable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is staffed 24 hours, which is convenient.

Liked: Location is great
Disliked: Staff are very unfriendly and not very accommodating, the kitchen is small and the smell travels throughout the whole building. The bathrooms were unclean with hair everywhere and showers smelt of wee. I wouldn’t recommend!
