Liked: The room was lovley, spotless and comfortable was well stocked with tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits was well impressed the staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for a 2nd key
Disliked: The fact that I had to leave

Disliked: On the Thursday night of our visit there was an arguement in the corridor where our room was situated at around 00:20am. (This can happen) but i felt the attending member of staff's voice was as loud as the customers voice, this i felt was not helpful to the situation

Liked: Reasonably priced clean and modern accommodation in the lovely town of Broughty Ferry
Disliked: Some very steep stairs if you're on the top floor.

Disliked: The room was incredibly small, making it difficult to move around comfortably or even find space for my belongings. Moreover, the state of the bathroom was disappointing. It was not as clean as I would have hoped, with noticeable marks from the previous guest's toothpaste still lingering. Absence of a hairdryer in the room. Furthermore, the lack of a bedside lamp. Having only the main lamp for reading
