Basic hotel in a great...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful for us. We came in later in the night with no issues. Check in was quick and the room was fine, nothing special, but nothing outrageous. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition.
Disliked: Being charged to hold luggage was rather annoying. Our staff helped us with price and 'bundling' the pieces which we really appreciated. The room was tiny, and it would have felt a lot cleaner if we had a fresh roll of toilet paper instead of a half used roll. Just little things.

Liked: Bagels for breakfast were just perfect, as well as complementary vitamin C. Very well connected with multiple subway lines nearby. The room was small but it wasn’t a problem for us, it had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I’m very picky with mattresses!
Disliked: Even with the shades down the room is very bright at 5am. You can hear the noise from outside but it didn’t wake us up during the night. The shower itself is big enough once you get in, but a bigger person might find it difficult or impossible to get it because of how it’s door is built

perfect hotel for a short...

Liked: great location. subway stop right outside to get around NYC easily. friendly staff. comfy beds. big shower with great water pressure and instant heating. aircon for the room.
