Pleasant overall, but we experienced...

Liked: The location was excellent—nicely centered and conveniently located next to a shopping mall with a parking garage. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the curtain in our room didn’t fully cover the window, so we were woken up very early by the morning sun. The Apple TV box also wasn’t working, which meant we couldn’t connect our devices for light entertainment in the evenings.We reported both issues to reception—first by phone and then again in person the next morning. Although they initially apologized and said maintenance would look into it the next day, nothing had been fixed when we returned after a full day out. It was a holiday weekend (Easter), so we assumed there were staffing limitations. However, we didn’t receive any updates or follow-up, and only at check-out were we told that they had been waiting for us to reach out again if we wanted a room change. That part of the service felt confusing and a bit disappointing.

Great location, great staff but...

Liked: The location is perfect. Right next to the mall or a part of mall building, but since it’s so close you have great options for different cuisine of food. Clean rooms. And very friendly staff
Disliked: I would have appreciated a message or an indication that we need to reserve parking. Usually if the hotel says parking in amenities it means it’s free or there is a slot available. Imagine finding parking during vacation time in the city centre because it wasn’t made clear and there is no parking left.After looking at the policy it was mentioned that it needs to be reserved. Secondly for room clean up, maybe the staff can mention at check in that we need to again reserve or convey for the need for room clean up a day before and before a certain time. They did Accomodate and give us room service even though we hadn’t reserved. But it would be nice to be informed. Both for parking and room cleaning.

Modern, clean, comfortable and in...

Liked: Jaz in the City is in a perfect location to explore Stuttgart. Trains, bus and underground light rail are all very close by. The hotel room js very modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped - and we particularly loved the shower that gives you the option of rainfall or hand held settings. Another highlight was the gorgeous rooftop deck where you can relax and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset over this beautiful city. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Stuttgart.
