Not your fault, but know...

Liked: Nothing went well
Disliked: Property closed, no response from phone calls, no advance warning that the hotel had closed and I had to quickly make alternative arrangements upon arriving and finding the hotel locked and dark.

Disappointing

Liked: Centrally located in town
Disliked: Property up for sale. Bar and restaurant closed. No manager on duty. We were not advised of this prior to our stay by Booking.com otherwise we may have changed our plans.

Terrible.

Liked: Nothing. It was shut, no one there when we arrived. All facilities are closed. Called a week before saying they had double booked us. Booked us into a neighbouring hotel, then claimed the hotel was available on the original night requested. No one else staying at the hotel. Tried to scam us and over charge the reservation. Terrible.
Disliked: As explained above. Complete scam hotel.

Liked: Loved the staff, the Becka staff was awesome!
Disliked: Maybe the bed was a little uncomfortable, but I’m used to a sleep number bed.

Look elsewhere in Jamestown for...

Liked: The best part of my stay: the location downtown and the shower in my room
Disliked: Perhaps the worst lodging experience in recent times. No one at front desk at check-in; absence of a chair in my room to sit; people running the bar could not get the taps to work; and local obnoxious drunks made an unpleasant dining and lodging experience. A ragtag operation.
