Beautiful area
Liked: Stunning surroundings and the buildings were pretty. Rooms clean with lovely decor.
Disliked: Some staff let this place down. Stood around chatting, not paying attention to guests. Leaving dirty plates for longer than necessary. Not a great service for the price. Would be nice to have drink services around the pool areas.

Wish I was there right...
Liked: Just the most beautiful place we've ever stayed at. It was a retirement, birthday, anniversary stay and was like leaving the planet. Pools were always convenient, with someplace to get a beverage, our room was beyond and loved the Milton Brown cosmetics. It was pricey but totally worth it. If I had to say something negative, would be the beach area first going into the gulf, had a lot of gunk, but location and sunsets were breataking

Disliked: The room wasn’t ready upon arrival. When finally allowed in the room there was pubic hair all over the tub and toilet. The sheet on the king size bed was for a queen so it kept slipping off. There was a blood stain on the comforter. The room was directly across from the elevator therefore it was extremely loud so it was impossible to get good sleep. The prices at the restaurant are ridiculously overpriced. $17 for a slice of key lime pie?? You can get the best slice ever for $7 across the street at the 7mile grill. Not to mention the staff at the restaurant was so rude when I attempted to order a piece of overpriced pie. I prepaid for my room on booking.com and upon arrival I was charged $46 for a resort fee and $30 for parking that was not mentioned ANYWHERE on booking.com when I reserved and paid for the room! The stay at this resort has been a horrible experience.
